Welcome to the USCAP Continuing Medical Education website. In order to submit a claim for CME credits, you must first complete a Pre-Test, a Post-Test and an Evaluation Form. As you complete and click 'Submit' for each of these items, you will receive a prompt allowing you to go on to the next item. After completing all three of these, you will have access to the CME credit claim form for this course. You should complete the 'Pre-test' prior to attending the course and the 'Post-test' following attendance at the course. Once you have completed both of these, you will be asked to complete a 'Course Evaluation' and then you will be given access to the CME credit claim form. Pre-Test and Post-Test The Pre and Post-test are comprised of one or more multiple choice questions for each topic presented at the course. You must answer all questions before you will be allowed to 'Submit' the test and have access to the next item. On the first screen for the test, you will see a toolbar directly above the question. You may move through the questions by simply clicking the blue buttons, or clicking on 'Next' or 'Previous'. Touching a question button number with your cursor causes a text box to pop-up indicating the related organ system and a few words of that question. When you click on an answer, it is automatically saved once you either move to another question or click 'Save and Exit'. All unanswered question buttons are blue, but once you answer a question and move to another question, its button turns grey. This will help you see how you are progressing in the test and allow you to answer questions in whatever sequence you choose. Questions do not have to be answered in any particular order. You may return to the question and change your answers. You may complete some of the questions, click on 'Save and Exit' and return at a later time to complete the test at your convenience. Please make a note of your User Name and Password which you created prior to entering this site so you can return to your saved item. When you click on 'Save and Exit', all your answers up to that point are saved in our database. You will also have the opportunity to change any saved answer when you return to the test. However, when you have answered all the questions and you choose to 'Submit' the test, you will not be allowed to change any answers. You may return to the site and view your test answers at a later date, but they cannot be changed. Evaluation Form Once you have completed and submitted both the Pre-test and Post-test, you will be able to fill out the evaluation form. You must answer all required questions before you will be allowed to 'Submit' the form and have access to the next item. CME Credit Claim Form Once you have completed the three prior items, you will be able to fill out the CME Claim Form. As soon as you have checked all the sessions which you attended, and enter your Electronic Signature (your full name) you will be able to print the form for your records and you should also 'Submit' the form to USCAP. Once you have done this, the CME Credit Process is complete.
