The entire meeting will be held in the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Center. The Pan Pacific Hotel is connected to the Convention Center. The
Fairmont Waterfront Hotel is directly across the street and you have access to the Center by an
underground walkway. The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and the Hyatt Regency Vancouver are walking distance (a 7-10 minute walk) and are located by
a train stop (next exit to Center).
You are encouraged to make room reservations as early as possible in order to have your first choice
of accommodations. Room blocks at convention rates will be effective until February 6, 2004, or until
all available rooms are reserved.
Hotel rates quoted below are shown in Canadian dollars. For example, at the current Canadian
Exchange rate $ 200 CAD = $ 144.00 US (this is approximate and is subject to change)
