MEETING TOURGUIDE

The Annual USCAP Meeting consists of Seven Major Types of Educational functions. Click on the highlighted text for specific details about these offerings:
  1. Companion Society Symposia on Saturday night, Sunday morning, afternoon and night

  2. Scientific Abstracts presented as Platform Sessions on Monday and Tuesday or as Posters presented on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The posters in the Stowell-Orbison Award Competition for Pathologists-in-Training are presented on Monday morning.

  3. Specialty Conferences are organ based case discussions presented on Sunday through Thursday nights.

  4. Two Plenary Lectures - Nathan Kaufman Timely Topic Lecture (emerging/important science) on Monday 4:30 p.m. and the Maude Abbott Lecture (usually more clinically oriented) on Tuesday at 4:45 p.m.

  5. Long Course: All day Wednesday - an in depth course usually on one organ system

  6. Two Special Courses - Introductory Molecular Pathology all day Thursday and Advanced Molecular Pathology on Friday

  7. Short Courses are half-day courses on various topics presented on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Wine and Cheese Reception for all attendees on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
