At the beginning of the USCAP Annual Meeting (on Saturday and Sunday) symposia are presented by the
sub-specialty societies. These symposia bring to the participants the latest scientific information in
these particular areas of expertise. The following societies have chosen to make the syllabus for their
presentation available on this web site.
In accordance with USCAP Policy and ACCME guidelines, the faculty members for this Companion Society Symposium were required to complete disclosure forms indicating whether or not they have any significant financial or other relationship with a commercial company, entity, or service (which would be discussed in this educational program) which might be perceived as influencing the content or conclusions reached in this presentation. At the begining of each Companion Society handout you will find relevant disclosure information for individual speakers. The Academy has also required that the speakers disclose any off label uses of pharmaceutical products or medical devices prior to their presentation.
The complete syllabus will NOT be distributed at each conference at the 2006 Annual Meeting as they have been in prior years.
(We would encourage members of their respective Companion Societies to utilize the existing "chat rooms" of the Companion Societies to engage in discussions and questions relevant to that area of interest.)
