A 43 year old female presented with an asymptomatic nodule on the nose. She is otherwise healthy.
Case 4 - Figure 1 This low power image show a demal neoplasm composed of lobules of basaloid cells set in a dense collagenous stroma.
Case 4 - Figure 2 This high power image highlights peripheral palisading of the nests of basaloid cells and the dense surrounding stroma. Additionally noted is a moderate infiltrate of small mature lymphoctes within the tumor nests.
