The Specialty Conferences which are presented in the evening during the USCAP Annual Meeting include
difficult cases discussed by experts in their field.
In accordance with USCAP Policy and ACCME guidelines, the faculty members for the Specialty Conferences
were required to complete disclosure forms indicating whether or not they have any significant
financial or other relationship with a commercial company, entity, or service (which would be discussed
in this educational program) which might be perceived as influencing the content or conclusions reached
in this presentation. At the begining of each Specialty Conference you will find relevant
disclosure information for individual speakers. The Academy has also required that the speakers disclose
any off label uses of pharmaceutical products or medical devices prior to their presentation.
The complete syllabuses were not distributed at each conference at the 2007 Annual Meeting, however they are posted below.
