ATTENTION: Directors of Fellowship Programs

The USCAP will again sponsor a Fellowship Fair for housestaff attending the annual meeting to provide information on various programs available. If your institution is interested in sending a representative to disseminate information and be available to discuss your program with housestaff participating in this activity, please submit the information below and we will contact you with additional information.

There is no charge for participating institutions to reserve a space. However, if you do reserve display space and do not show up to participate in the fair, you will be assessed a “No Show” charge of $ 50.00.

Deadline for inclusion in the Program Book is November 29, 2008.
