Clinical History:
49 year old female with abdominal discomfort and swelling. Twelve year history of endometriosis treated with danazol. Uterine leiomyoma (fundus) which grew from 5 cm to 11 cm in size over one year. Patient received leuprolide acetate (GnRH) for 3 months. A total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was done.
