An 18-year-old boy had orchiectomy for a right testicular germ cell tumor (pathology unknown). He had stage II disease and therefore received cisplatin-based chemotherapy, with normalization of tumor markers. A residual retroperitoneal mass was excised 4 months after chemotherapy. A section of this mass is provided.

A.B is 54-year old female who presented to University Hospital with dyspnea and chest pain. A pulmonary work up revealed a 2 cm lung mass. A wedge excision contained a clear cell carcinoma consistent with a metastasis. A urology consult was obtained and an 11 cm left renal mass was identified leading to left radical nephrectomy.

A 73 year old man underwent a radical cystoprostatectomy for deeply invasive urothelial carcinoma. A small, organ confined prostate tumor was also noted.

58 year old male with recent history of hematuria, for which he underwent cystoscopy. A 1.5 cm papillary tumor was found in the left lateral wall of the bladder.
