An endometrial biopsy was performed.

A 35 year old G0 woman presented with a unilateral cystic ovarian mass. She underwent a left ovarian cystectomy (Figs 1-3).

An endometrial biopsy was subsequently performed (Fig 4).

Immunohistochemical stains on the ovarian tumor (Figs 5-10).
