Clinical History:
 This 61 year old woman presented in 2004 with a several week history of progressive dyspnea. A chest x-ray showed a large right pleural effusion. Thoracentesis was followed by a thoracoscopic biopsy. The patient lived with her uncle, a shipyard worker, for the first 18 years of her life. Her first husband worked for one year at a chemical plant. She is a lifelong non-smoker.
