Case 2 - Columnar Cell Lesions Of The Breast And Their Differential Diagnosis

Clinical History:

51 year old woman with no previous history, presented with a new tightly clustered group of irregular microcalifications located in the upper outer aspect of the left breast, seen on a screening mammogram. The microcalcifications were classified as BIRADs 4. An image guided biopsy was performed.
