Interactive Microscopy Course Proposal - Annual Meeting

The USCAP Interactive Microscopy Program at the 2018 Annual Meeting in Vancouver, BC, Canada (March 17-23, 2018) is a unique interactive experience. The intent is for one faculty member to interact with up to nine learners at a multi-head microscope to create a mentoring experience that simulates clinical sign out. Based on evaluations and validated educational needs, proposals may be accepted for terms ranging from 1-3 years. Successful 1.5 hour courses may be considered for expansion at the USCAP Interactive Learning Center in Palm Springs, California. This is a glass slide, microscope-based experience that does not utilize virtual slides or PowerPoint presentations.

Dr. Steven D. Billings, Chair of the Interactive Microscopy program, has opened submissions for interactive microscopy proposals for 2018. If you would like to submit a proposal, please download the proposal/instructions form by clicking on the link below.

Proposals must be received no later than September 15, 2017.
