General Registration Only
The General Registration Pass is required for admittance to any function at the meeting. This one fee allows you to attend all scientific abstract presentations (platforms and posters on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday); all the evening Specialty Conferences, the plenary lectures, exhibits and the Tuesday Evening Reception; and allows you to register for additional courses.
Companion Meetings Only
This Pass entitles you to register only for the Companion Meetings on Saturday and Sunday.

Digital Program Book
A digital program book will be posted with open access to all registrants in advance and during the Annual Meeting. In addition, each attendee will receive a copy of the Pathfinder Guide, an abbreviated booklet with the most important conference and exhibit details. The Pathfinder Guide has all of the essential information you need to navigate the Annual Meeting with schedules, room numbers, floor plans and FAQs.

USCAP CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Entire Registration (including courses)
For cancellations received on or before January 10, 2018, a $50 administrative charge will be due. Between January 11 and February 15, 2018, cancellations will be charged 25% of the total amount paid. There will be no refunds for cancellations after February 15, 2018.
Cancellation of Courses
For cancellations received on or before February 15, 2018, a $25 administrative charge will be due. There will be no refunds for cancellations after February 15, 2018.
We are aware that occasionally it is necessary to make changes to selected courses. After two (2) changes, a $25 administrative fee will be due for each additional change.
BADGE/TICKET REPLACEMENT CHARGE
In the event of a lost name badge or tickets, there will be a $25 replacement fee. Name badges are required for admittance into course sessions and the exhibit hall.
